Eleonora was born in Calabria, in the South of Italy and she studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna. Here she dedicated herself to the study of painting, carving, photography and restoration. She became particularly find of wood engraving and photography. For an extended period she worked as a photographer creating stories and capturing them with her camera.
She also travelled a lot, she lived in California, Spain and Rome. During this time she developped her style absorbing many of these places. While moving to Edinburghshe has rediscovered her love for painting. Here she creates images and sculptures with paper. Eleonora is very attached to the fashion world as well as for several years she worked as visual merchandiser. She has started reasearching traditional outfits of women of all around the world and has started to portrait hats for her multiethnic women. Like in an imaginary tour Eleonora recreates headgears from China, Peru, Japan, Italy and India. Her women start then to wear bizarre bonnets, embroidered almost like if they were real thoughts, imaginary worlds created with the decoupage technique.
Eleonora’s women are naked, crying, leaking heavy thoughts that become light tanks to the use of paper. Hers are head and shoulders women where the naked breast predominates. The breast is made of recycled cardboard glued on the body, a pretend breast that is almost an excuse to highlight the femininity.
Here playing with Michela Furin
He was born in Huelva on 7 October 1988.When he was 7 he started guitar at the conservatory, but he abandoned after six years of study for personal reasons.
Not wanting to get away from his instrument, he continued during 7 years in the guitar orchestra “El Taller de Guitarra”. He also was a component of the “Orquesta de Pulso y Púa Rodríguez Albert” during 2 years and he has accompanied the singer Rafael Domínguez many times on stages in Huelva, a good friend with whom he also shared a common project, their old band “Khamalá”. During five years they kept the project, composing original music and making great friendships.
As music is something you never stop learning, he still has very ambitious goals. He wants to learn as much as possible, to continue composing, improve and bring to reality all the music on his mind.
In May 2014 he moved to the city of Edinburgh and currently lives in it as a professional musician.
