This Yoga Class is designed to restore energy and vitality through gentle movement and breath. You will be guided through Hatha postures, pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditations all with the aim of generating a grounded and energised you, able to take full advantage of your weekend. Suitable for beginners to intermediate.

Rosina

Rosina has been using yoga and meditation in her own life for over 30 years and finds it helps her to stay enthusiastic and hopeful about life’s possibilities. Working in psychological therapies she found her studies and practice in these Indian traditions often did more to help her “stay helpful” than many of her professional qualifications. She began training to teach yoga in 2014 with the SYA foundation course (60hrs). Then in 2016 she fulfilled her dream of visiting India and whilst there completed the 200hr Hatha YTT at the Santhi School in Kerala. In 2019 she again visited India for a 10 day Vipassana meditation retreat. She is currently studying for the 200hr Yin Yoga teaching certificate here in Edinburgh.
